ALL ORDERS OVER 300$ WILL BE SHIPPED BY EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR FREE
The items will be ship to USA by GLOBBING service, other by HayPost postal service. All orders will be shipped with their tracking number. It will be posted in an extremely secure package to make sure its safe arrival at your door.
Estimated Delivery Time to :
– USA: Express shipping ≈ 3-9 days, FREE SHIPPING ≈ 70 days
– Canada: 3-4 weeks
– Australia: 3-4 weeks
– Europe: 1-2 weeks depending on location
– Other countries: 3-4 weeks depending on location.
Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 3 business days. Some items like engraved special backgammons need more processing time, because of made by order.
Different items have their own processing time, which is what we cannot control. But what we can do is try the best to let you receive your items as soon as possible.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Just contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Send items back within 30 days of delivery
Full refund will be given via Paypal on receipt of the product provided the product is in its original condition. Customer has to pay for the shipping of returning goods. We do not refund express shipping method’s costs.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
